Context: Customer’s experience is strongly impacted by the last moment of the shopping journey – the checkout. Getting the products from the cart, putting them on the conveyor belt, paying and reorganizing the products to leave the store is a pain point in need for disruption.

Challenge: Provide a seamless checkout reducing the time and friction in the shopping experience.

Expected output: Digitally-enhanced process for seamless checkout.
